    Anyway, have you ladies ever looked into a grain called “Teff,” supposedly a healthy wheat alternative? Inquiring GF minds want to know…

    You can learn a lot about “Teff” flour from Shauna’s website. She is a big advocate and often uses teff in her baking/cooking and has written lengthy pieces about the uses and the nutritional values if my memory serves me corect. http://www.glutenfreegirl.blogspot.com
