I just found this site – I was looking for Aspire Mkts in Scottsdale, AZ. I will be visiting your site regularly from now on. I have celiac sprue disease, and my sister has a wheat allergy (in addition to allergies to soy, dairy, and peanuts). We are always looking for ways to enlarge the variety in our diets. Also, I am a Lutheran pastor and cannot take the communion wafer. I would love to find a nice recipe for a GF loaf of bread that would be suitable for communion (leavened or unleavened), or for communion wafers.
