    Hi!

I didn’t see this Q&A happening until now but I do have a question…I hope it’s not too late. :) I’m really interested in your opinion!

Is there any food out there that is worth getting sick/eating gluten to experience in your opinion? I know so many people that give me that look like ‘just one bite of pizza/licorice/bread wont kill you’ and I wonder if others have the same battle I have. Is any food good and unique enough that it is worth getting sick over (e.g., a real french baguette)?

I realize you are very busy but if you or anyone have any thoughts I would love to hear them in email or in response to my blog.

    Thanks.

I hope to hear from you
