From the comments around here lately I can see that some of you are busy moms that wouldn’t mind a lighter gluten-free load in the kitchen. This is why I took note when GFree meal planning service recently approached me. I can recall how my mom used to get burnt out cooking for seven people while trying to come up with new menus that would not only be budget friendly, but please everyone. Everyone, it seems, needs a little help (and I don’t mean Hamburger Helper!) in the kitchen now and then. I know I do, and I don't even have other people to feed.
Here is where GFree comes into the picture, or should I say kitchen?
GFree offers simple and delicious gluten-free recipes for every day. Gfree is a menu planning service providing all of the tools needed to prepare healthy gluten-free dinners. And Carol Fenster teamed up with GFree, so you know the recipes are easy, inexpensive and satisfying.
Here's how it works:
Each week you choose five gluten-free recipes and an automatic grocery list is tabulated. You also get a bread and dessert.
Shop once a week and have all of the ingredients needed for five meals. The grocery list includes gluten-free brands, so you barely have to think. Hey, with brand specific items on the list you can even send The Man to the grocery store once and awhile!
The five dinners and sides cost less than $100 per week. A GFree subscription is only $10 per month. Hmmm...$10 a month seems like a small price to pay for organization, healthy meal planning, and one more thing scratched off of your busy to-do list.
GFree is offering some fun prizes to our CeliacChicks readers. Six of you will get a 3-month gift subscriptions to Gfree and the one grand prize will be a 12-month gift subscription! The drawings will take place between October 14-21st.
