GustOrganics is the first and only certified organic restaurant in New York and America’s first restaurant to use 100% USDA certified organic ingredients. We will be joined during dinner by Alberto Gonzalez, the founder and CEO of Gustorganics, to discuss gluten-free dining, organic ingredients, and sustainable living. Mr. Gonzalez’s everyday goal is to satisfy his customer’s taste buds while also sustaining our environment’s resources. He is very passionate about his restaurant and he will be joining us for dinner on February 24th.

The price per person will be $42 including tax and gratuity. Alcohol is NOT included in this price. Please note, you must prepay for this event using Amazon Payment.

GustOrganics Gluten Free Dinner Menu

Appetizers choice of:

Dona Maria Cheese
Oven¬baked mozzarella cheese topped with sliced tomato and fresh oregano.
GustOrganics Tapito
Gluten free tortilla filled with mixed vegetables and choice of Vegetable, Beef, Chicken or Lentil stews.

Arugula Salad (parmesan cheese)
Fresh arugula with grated parmesan cheese
Spinach Salad (pears, strawberries, pine nuts)
Baby spinach leaves with pears, strawberries and pine nuts

Choose your dressing: Balsamic vinaigrette, Lemon & Olive oil, or Strawberry vinaigrette

Entrées choice of:

Beef stew
A favorite dish of tender strips of pulled beef simmered in a tomato broth with carrots, celery, onions and spices. Served with your choice of one side dish.
Chicken stew
Slow¬cooked chicken and fresh vegetables simmered in a blend of tomatoes and spices. Served with your choice of one side dish.
Lentil stew
A hearty medley of brown lentils, tomatoes, carrots, celery and onions.
Gluten free Pasta
With one sauce: Pesto /tomato and fresh basil /garlic & olive oil /broccoli in garlic oil
Gluten-free risotto
A creamy risotto dish tossed with parmesan cheese and a variety of fresh mushrooms.

Desserts choice of:

Apple Pudding
Organic apples, freshly squeezed orange juice, and raw cane
sugar combined to create a light vegan treat.
Fruit salad
A delicious medley of mixed fruits bathed in fresh squeezed orange juice.
Try seasonal mixed or citrus fruits.

Homemade Dulce de Leche Ice Cream

Flan
An old Family recipe.
Drinks: GustOrganics lemonade / Homemade Iced Tea or organic soft drinks

    Just went to grab lunch at GustOrganics and I had the Grilled Chicken Organic Piadina which was really good but overpriced. $14.95 is way too much for a small wrap sandwich. I will go back to try their GF pasta’s but again they are expensive at $13.
