Friedmans Burger- 100% ground beef brisket served with herbed french fries and gluten-free bun
Friedmans is now open for dinner! Yay! And they have booze now too! It is always nice to have a gluten-free beer or some nice wine with your dinner. I stopped by last week to take a few photos of their new gluten-free dinner menu items. They are always adding to the menu and now I'm told that they will be serving gluten-free calamari, Southwestern fried chicken salad and chicken parm as of next week.

I'm turning into a bit of a veg head lately. I couldn't get enough of this roasted cauliflower and I was seriuosly impressed by the delicious shaved brussel sprouts.
We already know Vanessa's lasagna recipe rocks!
This hangar steak was perfect! You can order it as a sandwich with gluten-free bread.

it all looks so delish! Now that I’ve made it to Babycakes, my next stop is Friedmans. Coming in for a trade show in Feb so that’s my goal. The thought of fried Calamari is making my mouth water.

i can’t wait to get my hands on the steak frites! what are the dinner hours? all i could see on their website is that they close at 7pm…but maybe (hopefully) this has been extended…
The burger, fries and beer pic looks absolutely fantastic! The only thing I really miss since going gluten-free is the good old fashioned bar food.

I need help my son Matthew is 9 years old and he was diagnose with Celiac disease he things he is the only person with CD and I don’t know of any groups of kids with CD in New York City if you know of any please let me know thank you.
