OK, we all heard reports and comments about gluten-free beer at Citifield last year. Well, today I found this little scoop about a gluten-free food cart sponsored by Kozy Shack now at Citifield!!!
I'm wondering what the food will include besides beer, pudding, and fruit? Hmm. Someone please report back for us all, because I'm the kind of girl that really only appreciates the uniforms [blush] and has been known to take reading material to a game in the past, so I don't go to games very often. OK, there. I came clean. [breathe in, breathe out] BUT, I love you guys, and I know how important this is to ya.

According to the Mets’ press release, the Kozy Shack Gluten-Free Stand will be on the Field Level outside the World’s Fare Market will feature a full line of Kozy Shack puddings, hot dogs, hamburgers, sausages and beer.

This is great news! I’m a Yankee fan though. I am trying to find out who to contact at Yankee stadium so we can have the same there. Can’t wait for some gluten free hot dogs!

I LOVE GF at Citifield! I discovered it last year… AND it’s more than just that one stand although that is where you score EXCELLENT dogs and burgers on gf buns… I mean when is the last time you could get that anyplace? There are gf offerings at shake shack and blue smoke as well as the market – oh yeah they have gf BEER too! All the food at Citifield is wonderful and well thought-out – kudos to the Mets – LOVE you guys!
