I love the idea of serving this Berry Mint Chocolate Kiss drink as a refreshing dessert on a warm summer evening. Who needs ice cream when you can have raspberries, chocolate, mint and icy almond milk all swirled together?!
To add to the elegance I broke out the Reidel glasses for this treat. Added some shaved chocolate on top and really, don’t the garnishes kick up this glamorized smoothie into the fancy dessert category?
You don’t even need to tell people that it’s dairy-free and vegan. Oh, and easy!
BERRY MINT CHOCOLATE KISS RECIPE
3/4 cup Silk soymilk or almondmilk, any flavor
1 fresh mint leaf
1/2 Tbsp chocolate chips
1/2 cups frozen raspberries
1 Tbsp maple syrup
1/2 Tbsp almonds
1 fresh mint leaf for garnish
