The Best Gluten-Free Brownies

3 Comments 05 December 2012

Look what came in the mail!! freedgoodsco. gluten-free  treats!

(That’s not a typo, it’s how the company owner requested the name to appear.)

Stephanie Norton, the gluten-free lady behind freedgoodsco, sent me some of her luscious gluten-free brownies and blondies! Mmmm…

She also custom baked some for me that were dairy-free, corn-free and refined sugar free. What a sweetie!

They were quite delicious!

The chocolate brownies are so rich and fudgy and the blondies are all coconutty and caramelly delish! You could say they inspired me to create new words! ;)

I rounded up a tasting crew, and the reactions were all really intense. They all agreed that they were beyond amazing. They practically begged me for more moist and chewy, chocolatey brownies!

AND…guess what? These gluten-free goodies are rice-free too!

Excellent.

They also passed the freezer test. Tasted amazing straight out of the freezer. So, if you want to buy extra you can stash them away if you don’t eat them all within a week.

If you want to treat yourself or a special someone to a decadent sugar high, these lovelies will do the trick.

That brownie looks pretty amazing and I love her story, too.

I’d love it if the custom brownie she made for you was available for order. =D

Just ask her if she’ll make them for you. At least now she knows how to! I’m sure there will be an upcharge, though.
