Okay, so in case you hosers haven’t heard yet, eh .. Anheuser Busch has come through, delivering to the beerless a sorghum beer available to all, nationwide! Read all about how you can grab yourself a cold one here. Er, while your at it, get yourself another gf "jelly".

Oh yeah, and remember to stay away from the strange brew!

I actually got to try it while I was in New York (at Risotteria) over the past week and it was pretty good. I was so happy to have beer again!

I’ve been really into Bard’s Tale beer since I discovered it, and I have yet to find the AB Redbridge anywhere. I hope it shows up at a store nearby soon so I can at least compare. Did either of you (celiac chicks) get a chance to try it yet? Wondered what your personal opinion of it was.

I’ve been searching for the new brew in Santa Fe, and so far, no luck. I’ve got a hankering for a slice of gluten free pizza and a beer [must be cabin fever].

Mike- No, we haven’t found it yet or had the time to track some down to taste it.

Karina- Try the zip code finder in the latest post to locate your beer. Hope there is some relatively close to the casita! ;)

I managed to find the Redbridge beer at Super Walmart of all places. I heard from someone else in a different part of the country that Walmart was carrying it in their normal beer section, so I made a trip and sure enough they had it.

And, more importantly, the beer is rather good! It’s a bit sweeter than Bard’s, and a bit less bitter. The overal flavor is full enough to be considered beer in my opinion. Definitely worth a try if you miss beer.

Redbridge is by far the best GF beer I’ve tried. The others left weird aftertaste in my mouth. But I would drink this beer even if I wasn’t Celiac. And I’ve found it at two of my local grocery stores in Williamsburg (Brooklyn), TOPS and Sunac.
