WHOOOOO HOOOO!!! Finally the FDA has defined “gluten-free” for food labeling! And what a cowinkidink!!!  Today is the 9th anniversary of the Food Allergen Labeling and Consumer Protection Act (FALCPA), which has worked extensively with the FDA in order to make this happen.
