Tomorrow (April 27th) at 12pm 5 winners will be chosen from among our Gluten-Free World Map contributors to receive an assortment box of gluten-free cakes and cookies from Shabtai Gourmet! A sample of the Raspberry Roll, Seven Layer Cake, Ring Ting Cupcakes, Lady Fingers, Meltaway Crumbs, and Bread Crumbs will be part of each prize.
There is still time to enter a gluten-free destination on the map and enter yourself to win, or enter extra locations in order to increase the odds that you will be chosen as a winner. (NOTE: Only locations with proper geographic placement, exact addresses typed out, and phone numbers will be eligible for prizes. It's ok, if you didn't do this originally, you still have time to go back and edit your entries.)

I just tried the rainbow cookies(more like rainbow cakes) when we brought in our first batch at Linda’s and they really are very good. If you like ‘rich’ then these are perfect for you.
The nice thing about Shabtai Gourmet is that they actually have a shelf life of 15 -45 days depending on the product. So unlike most other Gluten Free cakes and cookies, they don’t need to be frozen unless you aren’t going to eat them right away.
Wow, I ordered from Shabtai gourmet and their goodies are DELICIOUS!! Oh MY will I be going back. I snacked on the 7-layer cake over the weekend and I couldn’t tell it was gluten-free. mmmmmmmmmmmmm!!!!
