I know it’s been a little quiet around here while I’m finishing my studies up at the Institute For Integrative Nutrition, but I thought I’d take a little break to bring you some fun gluten-free news!

As some of you know, I’m buddies with Tryg and Vanessa, the creative minds behind Feel Good Foods.  I’m really excited about their latest adventure to take Feel Good Foods brand nationwide! And of course, they figured out a way to max out the fun factor on their long road trip!

They’ll be driving cross country for the next 4 weeks. They told me they’re on a mission to feed as many gluten-free people as possible! So, they’ve come up with a contest called, “Where in the World is Feel Good Foods?” where Facebook fans can keep track of Feel Good Food’s whereabouts and try to guess which city they will be in next. How fun is that?!

It’s easy to enter and even easier to win:

-Simply go to the Feel Good Foods facebook page and become a fan.

-They will ask their fans every few days to guess which city they will be in next. The winner who guesses the correct city will get: not 1, but 4 free cartons of dumplings!!

Remember: only post your answer after Feel Good Food’s asks the question: “Guess which city we will be in next…” The first person to guess correct, on facebook, wins! All answers must be submitted on Feel Good Food’s facebook wall.
