Did you know that Carrabba’s Italian Grill has a gluten-free menu? Years ago I ate at a Carrabba’s in Florida, before they had this GFRAP approved gluten-free menu, and they were super attentive to my gluten, dairy, and corn restrictions.
Did you know that there are over 200 locations nationwide? Here’s the map. Leery of chain restaurants? I understand. The impressive thing to me about Carrabba’s is the great care they take to make things from scratch, and the great distances they go to buy quality ingredients. Plus, you have to be a little charmed that both of the owners, Johnny and Damian, make statements thanking their Italian mama along with sharing little bios about these women.

Wow! This great news. We have a Carraba’s just down the street and I have never been there. Can’t wait to ck out the gluten free menu. Also, I am new to your site, just got your website from a gal @ Whole Foods! Juliette
Never been to Carraba’s myself but my coworker just told everyone that she had a great dinner there (Tucson). I’d love to try it- GF food at an italian restaurant can be hard to come by!

I just ate at Carraba’s and wasn’t thrilled with their gluten free offerings. Don’t get me wrong, I am always thrilled to find a place that has ANYTHING gluten free, but I wish that they had a pasta dish so I could eat food like the rest of my table.
I am always interested in restaurants with Gluten Free menus! Please pick me!
I havent been to Carabas in quite awhile because my hub is jobless. i do know they have a GF menu and really love their food. i would, indeed, love to win this contest. it would be nice to eat there again.
they do need to make GF pasta dishes we can eat, which is so easy with the GF pastas available in regular grocery stores now.
we just ate at another restaurant (not as expensive and a GF menu) which had GF penne pasta. how wonderful to have pasta for the very first time at a restaurant since i’ve been diagnosed with Celiac -some 7-8 years ago!!

It usually comes with garlic bread,so instead I order steamed broccoli to dip in the FANTASTICO shrimp scampi sauce!!!
WOW-WOW-A-A-WOW-WOW
I just heard about Carrabba’s this week. It is a bit of a hike down there, about 45 minutes. After reading the numerous positive comments, it sounds like the trip is well worth it.
Although I have known for a couple of years that I have celiacs (am 64) I have had problems because of dairy and an allergy to the nightshade family of foods (tomato, potato, eggplant, peppers, etc.) So, find a good place to eat is very difficult. Hopefully, I can learn alot from your website.

I have a positive comment (#255) but now not so. The last time I ate at Carrabba’s (Hunt Valley, MD) I was served sauteed spinach which was served with a gluten-containing piece of spaghetti in it.
The manager never appologized but just said that the spinach is cooked next to the pot of pasta. I mentioned this at my Celiac Support group meeting and another lady said she had gotten sick three times at Carrabba’s and would never go there again.
I emailed Carrabba’s corporate headquarters and never heard from them.
I would not want to put my health in their hands again, would you?
