My daughter would love some crispy “gold fish” crackers!
I have to say soft pretzels. As long as they’re also soy and dairy free. When I was little my dad used to keep boxes of Superpretzels in the freezer and I’d either sprinkle them with cinnamon sugar or dip them in mustard. Yum.
My 15 year old son is craving Boston Creme donuts.
I’d love a crusty baguette or ciabatta roll!
a croissant? an elephant ear? ciabatta roll?
now I’m hungry!
My 10 year old son misses Italian Taralles, zepoles, funnel cake and soft hot pretzels!
Croissants!
Soft pretzels, like you would get from an Austrian street vendor. Yum.
Cassandra Gee
Fig Newtons!!
I’d love to see hot pretzels – I miss them the most!
My 16 yr. old son would love a GF version of “Cheese It” Crackers
My son would love a gf version of pop-tarts or toaster strudel.
Pierogies!
(Or any of the other suggestions already mentioned…)
Everything listed sounds wonderful. I would love to have low carbohydrate, no sugar products with nutritional analysis so I could correctly use my insulin pump. I especially miss egg noodles for Kugel, (any low carbohydrate pasta), sour cream/streusal coffe cake, pie crust and my all time favorite; chocolate eclairs….all with artificial no calorie sweetener! Thanks.
GF Cinnamon Toast Crunch!!
or Churros would be fantastic too!
nut bread? sandwich loaf? brownies I would just love to see a smile on my son’s face when I suggest something to eat.
Soft Pretzels, without a doubt!! Is it even possible??
Is this a torture or what?!?!? MY GOD….
Want to suffer!

I AM GOINT TO CRY, why I couldnt have a silly allergy like celery…wait I have it too!
Joan’s has BY FAR the best ready made (or in this case – ready to bake) breads. I have yet to order anything that I didn’t LOVE! Just wish her products were sold in Southern California ’cause the shipping costs are high because they have to be shipped frozen. However, the quality of the product makes it all worth it! Love Joan’s GF breads!
OH my, such great suggestions! The soft pretzels sound like a great idea. Crusty Italian bread too.
I know i’m too late to join this but man do those baked goods look good. I’ll be sure to check out their products if i do get my hands on them.
Oh, man! My mouth is watering. EVERY SINGLE GF specialty bread (e.g., bagels, english muffins, etc.) that I’ve tried is either hard as a rock, tasteless, boring or just plain bad, bad, bad. I would LOVE to win a box to sample what sounds like mouthwatering GF breads! I live in a remote area with limited access to specialty foods. Have pity on this poor old woman and PICK ME! Please!
I would love to see something Gluten Free & Soy… as I have both allergies. Also, any ideas of soy free, corn free, nut free? My boyfriends daughter is allergic to those too. Between the 2 of us we can be placed in a bubble!
I know her bagels and english muffins are super, so maybe she could do a croissant? Chocolate filled? Yum!
Apple pie!
I have 2 suggestions.
#1 – Cinnamon Rolls with frosting on top (think Cinnabons without the gluten). I suggest TONS of cinnamon, chopped pecans and raisins! Leave out the nuts if too any of her customers have nut allergies.
#2 – Sticky Buns (usually have no frosting)
yum, yum!
Croissants?? Especially chocolate filled!!! Shades of being in France. BTW, love your english muffins–best ever!
I would love a Chocolate Éclair oh how much I miss those.
