Celiac Disease Center at Columbia
Well, it’s that time of year again. Dig out the sweaters and boots from storage, and sign up for Columbia University’s Patient Education Day! You wouldn’t be a happenin’ celiac if you didn’t, so click here and get registered. It will be our second year in attendance and this time we are honored to be sharing the podium with a stellar panel of experts.

Last year I attended the patient education day and am returning again this year. I was a newly diagnosed celiac (my sister was diagnosed 56 years ago) and found the day to be full of useful information. Even after sitting and listening for over 6 hours I was not bored. This year the setup is a bit different – 2 different sections – and I can’t wait to go. I look forward to seeing you girls. Your site is fun and helpful.
Dr. Green who headed the seminar, was the doctor that diagnosed me with cealiac while living in Kenya in 1975. I had to take a trip to London thru’ my doctor in Nairobi and here he appears again!

Finally, Whole Foods Market, Inc has come out with and entire line of “Gluten Free” products
On Friday, March 18th there will be a “sampling” of their gluten free bakery items from 2:00PM-6:00PM at the Whole Foods Market in the Time Warner building, Columbus Circle.
