We are very excited that over 70 people have RSVP’d for the gluten-free Chill & Grill BBQ Party this Saturday and the projected forecast is clear and sunny skies!

We have received amazing support for the BBQ from several companies who have offered to donate tasty gluten-free food for the event.

The "updated" Chill & Grill eclectic menu includes:

The Grainless Baker’s Gluten-Free Hamburger & Hot Dog Buns
Smoking Sloe’s Southern Style Pulled Chicken, Baked Beans, and Sweet Potatoes
BBQ Chicken
Hot Dogs
Burgers w/ your choice of cheese, onions, lettuce, tomato and traditional condiments
Lilli & Loo’s has offered 60 Gluten-Free Chinese Dumplings
Pizzabolla’s gluten-free meatballs
Potato Salad
Cole Slaw
Guss’ Pickles provided by Friedman’s Deli
Kitchen Table Baker’s gourmet cheese crackers
Watermelon
Shabtai Gourmet’s 7 Layer Cake, Apricot Rolls, and Cookies

Take-Home Goody Bags Include:
15% coupon off Friedman’s Deli in NYC

Arico Foods Cookie Bars and/or Cassava Chips
Guss’ Pickles provided by Friedman’s Deli

For those who still want to join the party, there is room for a few more guests. However, the last, and absolute latest, deadline to RSVP is today. Details of where to send your check for $30 per person will be emailed to you in reply to your RSVP. A lot of attention and planning is going into the menu, so we kindly request that everyone who has RSVP’d actually attend. If you have already RSVP’d, but have not sent a check, please mail your payment today. If you have any questions, or if you need to cancel  your RSVP, please email me. Thank you!

Hey Celiac Chicks! Can’t wait to see pics & hear about the BBQ… wish I could’ve made it, sounds incredible! I’m in Boston but would have made the trip if I didn’t have other plans that weekend… Everytime I head to NYC I check out another restaurant you’ve reviewed! So thanks!

Noticed some of the blogs in the blogroll aren’t operational anymore… would love if you could add mine…

    Thanks! :)

I can not believe I missed this event! (That’s what happens when you read posts a few weeks late!)
Maybe I will make it next time!
    Hope it was fun,
    your fellow blogger
