One of my friends just gave me the latest Culinary Institute Of America mailer with page 15 flagged. Turns out there is going to be a gluten-free dinner event that sounds amazing!
Gluten-Free Gourmet is the title of the event. Chef Theo Roe temps us with descriptions of a four-course meal that includes chestnut agnolotti w/ beet and sweet potato hash, salt cod brandade, ragout of duckling, and gnocci made with oregano, sun dried tomatoes, and wild mushrooms. Dessert will be Sarah's carrot cake. Following the meal Chef Roe will discuss gluten-free cuisine and give patrons one recipe from the evening.
