Wanted to alert you to a seminar here on Long Island for Celiac Awareness Month that focuses on the impact gluten can have on the brain. The lecture is hosted by Dr. W. Brent Reynolds, DC DACNB and will be held May 31, 2012 7:30pm @ Naturally Free Food in Smithtown, LI. I’ve attached the link.
