Kim and Kelly,
I would like to thank you for putting me on your website! I have had some very nice e-mails as of late, and I just got done speaking to one of the ladies who told me about your website. What a surprise that was to me, to see my pizzelles listed.
Again, much thanks,
Debbie
Love your e mails. Very informative & exciting. I first
heard of celiacChicks from the Energy Times. Enjoying it very much. Thanks.
I am recently diagnosed and I love your site. And I wanted to let everyone know that I had the best service at a chain restaurant the other night. I am an extrememly picky eater to begin with, and while I love your postings on restuarants, I wouln’t step foot into half of them. Just because were celiacs doesnt mean we always have to go vegan. Sorry for all of you who just got offended, but sometimes a girl needs more than just a vegan restuarant. Well I ent to P.F. Changs and had a wonderful evening. The manager wa sso attentive and so was the wait staff and my night ended on a glorius note when I opened the dessert menu and to my suprise there was a flourless chocolate torte. Of course, I ordered it. I would be crazy not too. Well when I say that I almost had a “When Harry met Sally” moment after the first bite I am not kidding. So to all of you who live in the Long Island area P.F. Changs in Westbury has amazing staff and a to die for chocolate torte.

I just found your site thanks to Coulter, and want to say you are definitely the coolest chicks around. Thanks for making me realize it’s safe to return to NYC and have fun eating the way I used to when I lived there before being GF. There is truly a cool and fun side to all this with chicks like you leading the way, thanks, I want a T-shirt! Valerie
