Celiac disease has made it one step closer to Page Six!  Next time, I guess Kelly and I will have to make a big scene on the red carpet and demand gluten-free cocktails!  Thanks Chris Erikson for using your newspaper power to spread the word about celiac disease and gf lifestyle info.

One of my co-workers cut this article out for me. Glad to see that the Celiac Chicks are helping to raise awareness and spread the word.

On a side note, I was at Risotteria yesterday, and I was wondering if all of the celiacs could unite to get Risotteria to open another store uptown somewhere. I would frequent it more regularly, because it’s present location is a little out of the way. Maybe near Bloomingdale’s??? Do you ladies have any pull with the owner??

    Lizz-
Joseph, the owner of Risotteria, told me recently that real estate in Manhattan is too expensive, but he is looking to open another restaurant in Westchester.
I do know that Slice is looking to open several other locations around the city.

Kelly Courson

Hey...

Thanks for stopping by! I'm Kelly Courson and this is where I've shared my gluten-free finds since 2003. The world has been my gluten-free oyster for 14 years now and I love sharing what I've learned in order to help others adapt to a gluten-free diet. Have a look around and feel free to leave a comment. Connecting with people like you is what has kept me going this long! Seriously.
Chow!
