I LOVE her blog. It saved me when I switched over to gluten free and encouraged me that I could eat well even without AP flour. I’m glad to see her book is finally out. It look gorgeous!
I rarely buy GF cookbooks, but I know Elana’s would be worth it from following her blog. 🙂

I am a beginner with this new diet… does anyone have any advice on making breads in a bread machine using almond flour? before buying a bread machine i wanna make sure that the almond flour will work…

I am feverishly searching for the same thing. Want to use all almond (coconut would be ok, too) in my bread machine. Would like a nice yeast bread. Don’t know if it’s possible. Did you find out anything??
