Bette Hagman’s More from the Gluten-Free Gourmet, Page 111
Warm, chocolate cake gooeyness. Need I say more?
*You may have noticed the new links we’ve made to Amazon. After many requests for the Bette recipes, plus insinuations that we’re a couple of teases, we decided to build links to the cookbooks themselves. We do get a fractional kick back from Amazon if you buy the Bette book using our link, which will go toward the endless purchasing of products, recipe ingredients and dinner outings. Hey, it’s a tough job but some chick’s gotta do it! We would post the recipes if it weren’t a copyright infringement. Besides, your kitchen counter will look well dressed with Bette cookbooks lying around.

Hi Girls, I love Bette’s cookbook.
She is the best that ever happenend to the “gluten free” world.
Good idea to build a link from your site to Amazon.
I admire you, too. Love your website. You girls come right after Bette.
I am writing from Canada – I live on a little island between Vancouver and Vancouver Island.
My dream is to have my own little gluten free bakery.
Hugs
Susanne
I have tasted much of Kellys GF meals and I can attest to how tastey they are .
One of my favorite memories is of Kelly and I sneaking homemade GF pumpkin pancakes into the movie theater to snack on. We couldn’t stop giggling about how funny it was. Only a “Celiac Chick” would understand.

Rather than repeat everything Susanne said (I agree with pretty much all of it, except my dream isn’t of opening a GF bakery, but I will definitely support you when you open yours), I will simply add my comments about Bette Hagman’s book. Back when I was first diagnosed with Celiac (about 10 years ago in HS), we bought her previous book, The Gluten-Free Gourmet. I may not have made a ton of the recipes from it since I’m not exactly a chef or much good at cooking to begin with, but one of the recipes, called Overnight Casserole, quickly became my favorite food of all time (at least out of the ones I can still eat, and I hardly remember what some of the ones I can’t even taste like anymore!). So thank you Bette for caring about all of us Celiacs, and realizing that even if we don’t eat the pizza at the parties, we do still have taste preferences. Thanks.
