Josef’s Gluten-Free Bakery has been relocated. Due to the hipness factor of gluten-free treats the bakery has moved to trendy Williamsburg. This makes for a more convenient nosh rather than schlepping all the way to Avenue M.

Ok, after admiring your site for ages, I was interested in how you set it up. We started a group out here in Chicago and we desperately need a website. Ours was a hasty decision and we never got it up and running. This site is exactly the format we are looking for. Can you please help us out? We want to be as cool as New York celiac chicks. For now, we are just a couple of chicks (with about 60 people on our mailing list) in Chi-town looking for a better way to communicate. We also have a similar tagline and similar goals. We have reg mtgs and a supper club where we would like to take pics of the food and post reviews and comments. Let me know if you can help us by emailing metroceliacs@yahoo.com. Thanks in advance either way…your site is our inspiration! Jenny Price

Just located this site today….and yes…I too would be very interested in setting something up in a similiar fashion here in Toronto, ON, Canada.
If there is any information available I too would be happy to receive it as well !!

    Thanks !

tip: whoever does your website, have them make the links so that when you click on them, another page opens up. That way your page will still be there when someone starts linking to other sites.

Thanks for all the great info.

Hey...

Thanks for stopping by! I'm Kelly Courson and this is where I've shared my gluten-free finds since 2003. The world has been my gluten-free oyster for 14 years now and I love sharing what I've learned in order to help others adapt to a gluten-free diet. Have a look around and feel free to leave a comment. Connecting with people like you is what has kept me going this long! Seriously.
