Jennifer Esposito just opened a gluten-free bakery in NYC!
Wow! That makes four gluten-free bakeries in New York City now!! Can you believe it?!
I haven’t been there yet. I like her style, though. She only uses organic, non-GMO, unrefined gluten-free flours and sweeteners.
