Wow! That makes four gluten-free bakeries in New York City now!! Can you believe it?!
I haven’t been there yet. I like her style, though. She only uses organic, non-GMO, unrefined gluten-free flours and sweeteners.

I read about Jennifer’s new bakery in the news…def want to check it out! Amazing how the gluten-free market has exploded since my diagnosis 15 years ago:}
I went, and everything was delicious. I especially loved the bagels and the pretzel bread–the pretzels were the closest to a real soft pretzel taste I’ve had since I’ve been diagnosed with celiac disease, and that’s one of the things I’ve missed the most… A great new addition!
