UPDATE 2/26/09: Edena wanted me to let you know that they are no longer making these with the vegan cheese. People kept asking for them to be made with real mozzarella. These also aren't made in a separate gluten-free fryer, so eat at your own risk.
Delicious gluten-free arancini, or rice balls, are now available at Pala. These little darlings are not only gluten-free, but they are also casein-free, dairy-free, corn-free--and vegan! Most importantly though, they are DELICIOUS.
