Emeril Lagasse's Gluten-Free Recipes
Did you get to see Emeril cook gluten-free on his new Emeril Green show this past Tuesday night?! I didn't. [sigh] I didn't even let you know about it either. I really dropped the gluten-free bagel on this one. Sorry. I didn't realize when I got the email about the show that it was coming up so soon and I had a doctor's appointment that night and I forgot all about it. I also don't have cable. [bigger sigh]
Even though I'm disappointed in myself for missing out on viewing a huge part of gluten-free history, I'm ecstatic at the same time that this popular TV chef helped to spread the word about celiac disease and how to cook gluten-free. Amazing!
